What does a session involve?
In your first personal training session, you will start your new exercise programme and get expert nutrition tips. As you improve, your personal trainer will reset your target and advise you on how to achieve your next goal.

Arron has a wealth of experience and has been instructing classes, personal training and online coaching for over 3 years. Arron is a face-to-face personal trainer as well as an online fitness coach and is extremely passionate about helping clients achieve their dream physique.

Qualifications: Diploma in personal training, Level 3 Sports Massage, Military workouts, Kinesiology taping masterclass.
Gaining over twelve years of experience in health and fitness and participating in a variety of sports, long distance running, rugby union and mixed martial arts in native South Africa. Jake makes sure he is specific on the correct techniques of training to prevent injuries, this helps his clients with future training and ensures they are in top physical condition. Jake has the talent, the touch and the technique to help you feel better, recover faster and perform to your maximum pontential.
