What does a session involve?
 
In your first personal training session, you will start your new exercise programme and get expert nutrition tips. As you improve, your personal trainer will reset your target and advise you on how to achieve your next goal.

Lewis Pierce

Qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training and currently in LJMU studying sport and exercise science degree.

 

Lewis has joined the Saints team whilst completing his Sport and Exercise Science Degree in Liverpool and personal training qualifications. Throughout this period, he has developed a broad knowledge of fitness, nutrition and sports performance whilst playing at a high footballing level.

He now enjoys applying that knowledge into classes and personal training sessions.

Ben Jones

Ben has a wealth of experience and has been instructing classes as well as personal training for over 10 years. Joe has joined the Saints team after completing his Sport and Exercise Science Degree and personal training qualifications. Throughout this time he has developed a broad knowledge of health, fitness and sports performance which he now enjoys applying in classes and personal training sessions. Jules Watson

Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, B-Tec Sports Science, Spinning Instructor, Kettle Bells Instructor.

 

With ten years experience in the health and fitness industry, working for Nuffield health in London, football coaching in the United States and a varied client base with us at saints Jules has the knowledge to help any client with their goals no matter how big or small. Developing his own style of personal training, often thinking outside the box and outside of the gym, Jules will really breakdown each session and make it as specific but enjoyable as possible.

Harry has been with us from a young age, helping to maintain the gym and running classes. Harry has recently completed his Level 3 Personal Training Qualification and is keen to take on new clients

Jake Rousseau

Qualifications: Diploma in personal training, Level 3 Sports Massage, Military workouts, Kinesiology taping masterclass. 

 

Gaining twelve years experience in health and fitness and participating in a variety of sports, long distance running, rugby union and mixed martial arts in native South Africa. Jake makes sure he is specific on the correct techniques of training to prevent injuries, this helps his clients with future training and ensures they are in top physical condition. Jake has the talent, the touch and the technique to help you feel better, recover faster and perform to your maximum pontential.
